This advanced certificate allows students to develop high level skills in cake decoration and sugar craft. The course will cover the following: • Advanced Techniques of Royal Icing • Advanced Techniques of Sugar Paste Work • Hygiene and Safety

Students will be assessed through practical work and examinations.

Entry Requirements
Students should have Level 2 in Cake Decoration and Design/Sugar Craft and Design or equivalent experience. The Advanced Certificate may also be of interest to those who have completed City and Guilds 121 in Cake Design and Decoration or CGLI 790 Sugar Craft.
